1 Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed once:

  • Payment has been successfully received
  • A confirmation email has been sent by Avicon Travel

2 Cancellation by Customer

More Than 30 Days Before Arrival

Customers may cancel their booking more than 30 days before the travel date and receive a refund after deducting any applicable bank or transaction fees.

15 – 30 Days Before Arrival

A cancellation fee may apply depending on hotels, Nile cruises, flights, or third-party suppliers included in the package.

Less Than 15 Days Before Arrival

Refunds may be limited or unavailable due to confirmed reservations with suppliers and service providers.

3 Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable once confirmed:

  • Domestic or international flight tickets
  • Train tickets
  • Special event bookings
  • Last-minute reservations
  • Customized private tours with prepaid arrangements

4 No-Show Policy

If the customer fails to appear on the scheduled travel date without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

5 Cancellation by Avicon Travel

In rare circumstances, Avicon Travel may cancel a tour due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Government restrictions
  • Safety concerns
  • Operational issues beyond our control

In such cases, customers may receive an alternative tour option or a partial/full refund depending on the situation.

Approved refunds are typically processed within:

7 to 21 Business Days

Processing time may vary depending on payment method, bank procedures, and international transaction policies.

7 Amendments and Changes

Customers may request changes to:

  • Pickup locations

Additional charges may apply depending on availability and supplier policies.
