How to Request Data Deletion
To request the deletion of your personal information, please email us at info@avicontravel.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
Please include:
- Your full name
- The email address used when contacting or booking with us
- Your phone number, if provided
- Any additional information that helps us identify your records
After verifying your request, Avicon Travel will delete or anonymize the relevant personal data within 30 days, unless certain information must be retained to comply with legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or regulatory obligations.
