The sightseeing tours are private: your own Egyptologist guide and air-conditioned car, with no other travelers joining. That is why the price per person drops as your group grows. Shows, the dinner cruise and activities such as the camel ride have their own prices.
On most sightseeing tours, yes, for the sites listed on the tour page. A few tours add tickets when you book or leave them to be paid at the sites, and special areas such as inside the Great Pyramid usually need an extra ticket. Each tour page lists exactly what is included.
October to April, when days are warm and evenings cool. Summer days are hot, so the Giza tours start early and the museums fill the middle of the day. Every tour on this page runs all year.
